Si aprendemos a observar y tratar de comprender las cosas que suceden y las personas tal y como son sin juzgar si así es como “deberían ser” en nuestra limitada opinión…

Si nos entrenamos para ser observadores pasivos, desprendidos de nuestros conceptos…

Si logramos controlar nuestro impulso a interferir…

Si aceptamos que no es necesario que “arreglemos” nada…

No habrá nada que arreglar, ¡Todo cambia al lograr comprender!

If we learn to observe and try to understand things that happen and people as they are without judging whether this is how they "should be" in our limited opinion ...

If we train ourselves to be passive observers, detached from our concepts ...

If we can control our impulse to interfere ...

If we accept that it is not necessary for us to "fix" anything ...

There will be nothing to fix, everything changes with understanding!
